Problem

After installing TSIM Patch4 from SP24, the OFTP connection is not working anymore.

The service OFTP remain on "not installed" status and it does not start with landscape , activation or "tsim" restart.

Resolution

The issue is related to Secure Relay Service configuration. Even if the service is not used there are dependencies within TSIM code.

The master agent and router agent configurations lines from SecureRelayApplication.xml are commented and must be de-commented

The following tags , <!-- and --> could be removed and master agent and router agent should remain in active configuration. (see attachment )
