Problem

A delivery pickup with the SFTP server in Azure blob Storage is failing with the following error in the te.log:

ERROR [Worker259-10583] (ProducerTask) - Error producing message ci1653045017705.73840054@localhost_te, ExchangePointId: 11118685501, URL: sftp://SFTP_SERVER/path, Name: Pickup_name

com.cyclonecommerce.tradingengine.transport.UnableToProduceException: SftpStatusException .Unexpected error. Attempt to enter path: sftpcontainer/b2bifolder/f.txt

Resolution

1. 2. Go to the partner delivery where the Azure blob storage SFTP server is used.

2. Go to the Directories tab

3. Change the path from sftpcontainer/b2bifolder to /b2bifolder - basically remove the container name from the path
