Problem

• By default, B2Bi shows in the Message Tracker UI events up to 50 days.

Resolution

• To extend the period of message tracker searching events that are older than 50 days, please follow the below steps:

1. The date can be extended if you navigate to the Message Tracker > Configure Global message tracker settings > Default days for before or after date searches
2. In addition, you might configure the message event purge as well. You can navigate to the https://<hostname>:6443/ui/core/SystemProperties > Go to the bottom and click on show default system property > Find the following entry events.EventPurge.Config.Days > Click on add property and select your preferred time. Restart B2Bi. In this way, you will prevent the messages will remaining in the database and they can be observable as long as you want.
