how to roll back in a previous patch level on PS?

Problem

The client needs the downgrade procedure of the production server and didn't see any reference on documentation website.

Resolution

For the production server, you need to be sure that no instances are running on the server.

Then for the backup you can save a copy of these directories : engine, logs, messages, secure.

You can save also a copy of the files : PServer/config/OPSchedule.ini ( all the PS preferences are set in this file) and PServer/lists/mod_srv.lst ( this file is the link between the PS and the MS)

Once you did your bakcup you can downgrade using the patch you downloaded in our support website.
