Problem

Sometimes, when we try to install a patch, service pack or upgrade, the installer failed with error :
"Failed to update configuration for patch/SP, check logs for more information"

Resolution

To be sure that an environment is safe before apply an upgrade it is possible to perform a ConfigureB2Bi + enable "change server configuration".
If an issue occurred during the configure we will have more information in the following logs :
- /Integrator/solutions/install/log/install.log
- /.update/update.log

After the issues detected are fixed, it will prevent a failed upgrade.
