WebServices : entries remains in Integrator queues when using "Treat SOAP Faults as negative acknowledgements"

Problem

-- in Interchange, there is an option message validation rules can be configured with the option "Treat SOAP Faults as negative acknowledgements" : SOAP faults are SOAP response messages that contain a single instance of the Fault element inside the SOAP body, with no other data content

-- when activating this option and using standard mode, empty entries are getting stuck in HME3 queue


Resolution

* the option "Treat SOAP Faults as negative acknowledgements" should not be used if you expect the mapping flow to wait for fault response and continue in your mapping flow : fault response will be consumed by Trading engine, and Integrator until the timeout is triggered

* if you need to use this option, use the limited mode
