How to call an X.25 CFT partner on a protocol where the expected SAP value is characters and not a sub-address (i.e. ABC)

The IDNUM field from the VTAM outgoing switch node have to be entered in hexadecimal form that will match the ASCII characters values expected on the server side A, B and C.
If the user data are longer than 3 digits NCP/NPSI OUFT tables have to be used. Please refer to X.25 NPSI IBM documentation.
