The processes of CFT cannot start  if the  "Security Level" of the OS400 has been changed
Error message :
Erreur SIMULTI -100  -02 FFFFF5 UNABLE  TO CREATE  NEW   CTLBLK.

If  the "Security Level" of the OS400 has changed, by example : Level 30 to 40, it is necessary to  execute the command : INSTALL (F4) and ENTER.  
This command create some objets which are differents according to the "Security Level" of the OS400.
