During the CFTSTART, the product is waitting on the CFTTPRO and finish with a "out of time" message.
This problem is that, in the cft.out file, the start process fail during the parm start.
It result from an error in the CFT's configuration.

It is necessary to check if the default IDFs are present in the configuration and add them.
( CFTSEND and CFTRECV with an ID equal to the CFTPARM's DEFAULT value ).
