On CFT v2.3.x for Windows or Unix Plateform, the records of Catalogue are not displayed with the command CFTUTIL listcat, but display only the resume (number of record selected, in catalogue file and free)

The cftinq.cfg file must be present in the under directory CFG for CFT Windows and fildat for CFT Unix.
1/ On CFT Unix,  you will find a backup of this file in the filinst directory for all Unix.
Copy the file corresponding to your Unix in fildat directory under the name : cftinq.cfg

2/ On Windows, restore the file since a backup or create this file with the following contents:
