Please check the following path which should be mentioned in respective Environment variable.

1.  %CORE_ROOT%\java\load " should be in the %PATH% variable
2.  Check also if you have: RequestImpl.class and Wrapper.class in %CORE_ROOT%\java\lib\core\jndi\
3.  In %CORE_ROOT%\java\load you should have: Notify.dll
