Customer is using file content classifier with 4 classification actvities linked to one Classification Anchor activity.
One of the classification is default ( i.e, empty classification). The broadcast option is not checked. Now the issue is that even though a matching classifier exists, everytime the file is evaluated by the default classifier.

Give lower priority to the default classifier as compared to other classifiers.
