Problem while transferring the UTF-8 characters thorough XWS <-->XMS<-->XIB

You should have following patches in order to resolve the UTF-8 issue
XWS
1. Install SP1
2. Install patch4 for SP1
3. Replace jmsapi.jar & xmsapi512.jar at /opt/elcomxws/xws/WebServices/products/xms/lib/

XIB
1. Apply CORE_211_03-09-01 patch
2. Apply IWEB_SERVICE_201-01-06
3. Replace jmsapi.jar & xmsapi512.jar at XMSLIB (/opt/elcomxib/xib/local/xmslib)
