Problem of protocol connexion between partners : errors 409/909

Check the matching between PROT, NSPART, NRPART parameters from the CFTPART

In case of error message including " OP   ",
check also parameters LOGON, SSERV and RSERV from the CFTPROT so it match protocol expectation.
