How to Insert in UTF8 In a Database defined in ISO with a DML map-stage?

The JDBC connector and the JDBC driver are not handling encoding conversions. UTF8 can be inserted in UTF8 tables, ISO can be inserted into ISO tables. The conversion from an encoding to another one must be handled by a DML map-broker with input and output business document fields correctly defined i.e. with the good encoding
