Process Manager Enabler is not able to connect to Composer database

Problem

Broadcast Agent is not started between Composer 351 and Process Manager 211


Resolution

Change the following parameters in the file "frameworkAgent.properties"
dataSource.password.format=clear
dataSource.password=Composer
