Please make the following changes in the CFT configuration file.

CFTCAT       ID       = 'CAT0',
             TIMEP    = '23595999',
             SH       = '7',
             ST       = '7',
             SX       = '7',
             RH       = '7',
             RT       = '7',
             RX       = '7',

After these changes you have to initialize the CFT by using the command;
cftinit <configuration file>

Start your CFT by using the command "cftstart"
