How does Integrator know Sentinel host and port?

Integrator uses Sentinel host and port defined in the Sentinel Synchrony server.
These parameters are set in Integrator Server when the channel between the Integrator Synchrony server and the Sentinel Sycnchrony server is sent to server. This is why a channel is mandatory between these two Synchrony servers and must be unique. It''s not possible to configure Integrator so that it send events to different Sentinels together. Just it''s possible to define a Sentinel backup which will receive if main Sentinel can''t be contacted
