The VSAM failed to be allocated at receiver side

Sending ESDS and KSDS is allowed by CFT but you must verify following points:

1) CFT must be authorized to create the VSAM file (STC or USERID from the CFTRECV, see A12OPTS RACF options) the STC must be APF authorized

2) For KSDS files (indexed), the receiver must have the file already created and empty to be up to receive the KSDS otherwise, the ADRDSSU option must be used (FTYPE=''1'')

3) The VSAM file can be transformed by CFT to a flat file by an embedded call to ADRDSSU and then created accordingly onto the receiver environment.
- To use the ADRDSSU for VSAM files, the FTYPE=''1'' must be set both side, a WFNAME must be set in both the CFTSEND and the CFTRECV, CFT must be APF authorized
