FPSIT040I 31.08.2010 16:43:10 SITE(1967) [0] SELECT fails : TYPE:0, ID:, N:TEST.
Resolution
-- Using PESIT, protocolwise, it is not possible for a partner to connect and search physically a file on the server
-- Using PESIT the server has to place a file specifying a particular filename and client who connects to take the file has to specify the attribut file_name ( in responder mode ). This is called "making available a transfer" (on server side, a transfer record should exist in outbound, sender/responder mode). The file_name in this context is the PeSIT protocol's PI 12, meaning file_name at application level, not to be confused with the physical filename of the to-be-transfered file physically may have.
-- By default, the client will try to retrieve a transfer having the file name ( N:TEST ) from the above example.
