"Unknown user code" error for OFTP incoming connections
->Incoming OFTP transfers are refused with errors like:
20110308 100140 004 SUP I INIT_RP- ODT_SITE(52429874) connection in server mode refused: reason="14, Invalid remote identifier"
20110308 100140 216 ODT I DISC_REQ (1074) disconnect request send by [reason="Unknown user code"]
->An error like "No Cgate matching the connection" can be seen sometimes:
-the error appears when no matching Cgate is available
-the error does not appear when a *wrong* CGate is actually selected
->Outgoing OFTP transfers are successful
Resolution
The following objects should be verified:
1. CGate: verify that the CGate is enabled and that the Security settings are according to the initiated transfer
2. CGateGroup: verify that the CGateGroup is enabled, that it can accept incoming calls (Called Address/Called SAP,Calling Address Controls) and that it uses the correct Template Site
Please note that if you also have active CGateGroups created for general purposes (Protocol=All), then the CGates within this Group can be verified (and selected) before the expected OFTP ones (these are checked in alphabetical order).
In this case a wrong CGate+CGateGroup+Remote/Template Site can be selected.
3. Remote/Template Site: verify that the "Partner Local Alias" points to a Local (Odette) Site and that the correct "user code" is used for the Local Site.
