The user certificate fails loading with the following error:

Check the certificates in PKCS12 includes the CA, if not (CA loaded separately) you need to add CHECK=NO in the PKICER commands to avoid the checking about the included CA.

Or convert the certificate to PEM format that do not require to include the CA
