--When launching the command 'pelstart' the following error message is seen:

"SECS configured but TLS option not granted
Can't start monitor because of previous error !!  
Check base integrity or initialize base to solve problem."

What is its meaning and how can it be solved?

*This error is due to the fact that the option SSL/TLS is enabled on a certain protocol, but the product key will not allow you to use the security options (SSL/TLS).
In order to solve this, please verify from Gateway confirguration menu and uncheck the option 'Use SSL/TLS' on each protocole.
