Export SecureTransport Licenses from the Server for backup.

After applying licenses on the SecureTransport Server, they are available in the following files:

<STHome>/conf/filedrive.license
<STHome>/conf/st.license

The licenses are available as plain text in those files. They can be copied to a safe location for backup purposes.
