After upgrading to SP9, files run_time/tmp/X*.out are not removed when purge is done with the "purge_xpr" option (-px).

Please process with the following procedure:
- stop Gateway
- open /run_time/etc/pelsetup.def
- add as the last line into the section [JCT] following line:
temp_dir="$p_home_dir/run_time/tmp"
- save and quit the file pelsetup.def
- execute the command : peluconf standalone rebuild -f
- restart Gateway
