Sometimes, all transfers fails with a failure code 302.
No change has been done on the Transfer CFT configuration and transfers restarts if the monitor is restarted.

Examining the cft.out , there is the message in loop :
+ 1/02/23 05:24:38  .132001     20412 CFTTCPS  13:23:52_E_S_socket : ddecon : Probablement network down dyna_port 6112 : Permission denied

Solution 1:
Some ports may be forbidden by the administror system or reserved by the system.
to display port restriction see the network administrator

ndd /dev/tcp tcp_extra_priv_ports

Solution 2:
You may also update your monitor to the latest service pack of the releases 2.6.4 , 2.7.0 or 2.7.1
Now when a port is reserved,  Transfer CFT moves on and try the next one.
