Problem

Oracle updates correct bugs and defects in the Oracle product. After an update, Oracle patch level is incremented (version a.b.c.d becomes a.b.c.e, with e > d).

Since Oracle updates do not alter Oracle functionalities (this is just an update, not a migration), they have no impact on Synchrony products, and require no particular action on our products.
