--After installing patch IMQ_124-01-13, the data fileds PutTime and PutDate are not filled accordingly by XIB, as readme states.

*The data fields are populated when in the Send method used, under MQ -> Context and Conversion, the Context value is set to "Default".

*Under any other settings this fied is not filled by the Integrator.
