Import missing intermediate certificate that was not trusted by the community in question

1 get certificate from trading partner
2 import said certificate into Internet Explorer (check that full certificate chains/paths exist)
3 export the certificate from Internet Explorer (use P7B/P7C with full chains/paths option checked)
4 import full certificate into Interchange's community that did not trust the intermediate
