Problem

-- While trying to send back to design or send to Integrator server an IT the following error appears in Composer:
ERROR:Command is not authorized! Please check broadcast.log and manually restore: /data/Axway/Synchrony/Integrator/data/import/inventory.xml.bak
Although all the steps below were performed the link between Composer and Integrator could not be restored:
- manually restore inventory.xml as suggested in the error message;
- restart of Integrator;
- Clean server;
- delete all the broadcasts from Broadcast Browser having a different status than Normal Termination

Resolution

- define CORE_BA_JVM_OPTIONS environment variable (CORE_BA_JVM_OPTIONS=-Xmx1024m)
- stop Integrator
- restore inventory.xml (using the .bak file) and then move the bak file to a different folder (after the manual restore, in the folder  /data/Axway/Synchrony/Integrator/data/import/  there must be only the file inventory.xml)
- start integrator

OPTIONAL: 
- restart both Composer Server and Integrator Server, clean server, send to server
