* Having around 1000 incoming connections within 15 minutes on SFTP using "Public key" client authentication method via XSR, will cause rejection of new incoming connections for ?Protocol login? check on any protocol with following error in sup.out

This issue is resolved by 6.13.0_SP5_P2; 6.13.1_SP1 and above.
