Dr Watson is a tool in Windows that providing some very useful logging information.  In order to setup Dr Watson to provide a dump, please perform the following.

Dr. Watson dump activation/collection

1) Open a DOS command prompt
2) enter command: drwtsn32 /i
3) Enter command: drwtsn32
4) In the window (Dr. Watson tool) fill-in both path related to the location where the dump will be written.
5) When a new issue is recorded related to CFTTPRO, send Axway Global Support the CFT logs and both Dr. Watson file (log and dump)
