Can passwords of accounts defined in Passport AM be freely changed, or are there some precautions to take?

Passport AM can handle mainly two types of accounts:

- Accounts used only by human users. The password of these accounts may be changed freely, please refer to the product documentation to get more information about password changing / resetting and Passport's password policy configuration.

- Accounts used by other software components and scripts. When changing the password, you must ensure that every software components and scripts using this account is aware of the new password. If not, they will not work properly and, depending of the Password Policy you set in Passport configuration, might lock down the account by reaching maximum login attempts.
