File rights lost under $ACTISEDI
-- no access to certain files
-- backup of log files doesn't work
-- workflows hanging and blocking slaves
-- errors accessing configuration files
-- activated configuration not available for TSIM
-- some or all files under $ACTISEDI don't belong to TSIM user
Resolution
* A known issue on Windows systems with cygwin
1. stop all TSIM services
2. open cygwin shell
3. set all file rights to 775 with chmod -R 775 * in directory $ACTISEDI
4. get TSIM uid and gid with command id
5. change owner to TSIM user and his Group with chown -R <uid>:<gid> * in directory $ACTISEDI
6. open $ACTISEDI directory in Windows File Explorer
7. set full access for all subdirectories and files for TSIM user using Windows security settings
8. restart Windows server
9. after restart check file rights again using cygwin shell
