EBICS Server example: Create a Bank

  1. Open a session of the EBICS Server GUI.
  2. Select the Banks menu item.
  3. Select Start change process.
  4. Select Create new bank.
  5. Complete the fields:
    6. Field Description
    Name Enter EbicsServer for this example
    Length of hash-value input

    Enter 0 for this example
    Long IDs Select to use the EBICS 2.5 standard for character length
    EBICS support Select to activate EBICS for the bank you are creating
    EBICS HOST-ID Enter the BIC of the Bank
    URL

    Enter: https://<host>:8443/ebics/EbicsServlet

    Do not change the ebics/EbicsServlet part of this URL.
    Key length Enter 2048 for this example
    Protocol version Enter H003 for this example
    Signature version Enter A005 and A006 for this example
    Force certificates Select this option
  6. Click Terminate change.
  7. Click Terminate change process to leave editing mode.
