To create an OrderType that can be shared amongst several Customers, select the standard option for the OrderType. This sets the OrderType as a system-level default OrderType for any newly created Customers.
If you want to define several Users inside the same Customer, select the OrderType on the Customer level, and then select the options Permission for all fetch order types and Permission for all send order types on the Customer screen/User tab. This applies all Customer-level defined OrderTypes to the newly created User.
