EBICS Server example: Declare supplier for fetch

About

A supplier scans a directory and then prepares any files that are found so that the User can fetch the files or part of the files.

A supplier can split or reorganize files to fit customer requirements. For example, a large file may be split and sent to several customers who fetch from specific account numbers. When triggering the fetch, the customer retrieves only the accounts he is related to.
