Deleting a customer

This procedure describes how to delete a customer in the EBICS Server.

Prerequisites

• The EBICS Server is configured to communicate with PassPort.
• You have rights to create banks in the EBICS Server user interface.

Procedure

1. Open a session in the EBICS Server administration interface.
2. Navigate to the Customers menu and click Start change process.
3. Select an existing customer and click Delete.
4. Click Save.
5. Click Terminate change.

Results

The EBICS Server:

• Deletes the customer object in EBICS Server
• Deletes the entity in PassPort that represents the customer, along with user certificates and keys.
