The Files menu item enables you to search for records of transfers that are in progress or have been completed by a customer. A record for every correctly-started transfer appears on this screen.
Enter data in the following fields to create file search criteria:

| Period from | Enter an earliest date and time (HH:MM) for the start of transfers. Default value is current date at time 00:00. |
| Period to | Enter a latest date and time (HH:MM) for the start of transfers. Default value is current date at time 23:59. |
| Customer |
Enter a customer Id as filtering criteria for the file record search. You do not have to enter a complete customer ID here, you can also search for parts of the ID. If you enter ax, the system searches for transfers for customers that include the letters ax, for example: AXTRANS, AXTEST or AXPROC. |
| User-Id | Enter a participant ID as filtering criteria for the file record search. You do not have to enter a complete participant ID here. |
| Channel | Enter a channel as filtering criteria for the file record search. |
| Order number | Each file transfer is assigned a unique order number by the customer system. Use this number as filtering criteria for the file record search. |
| Order type | Enter an order type as filtering criteria for the file record search. |

After you run a search and receive a set of results, click Details to view additional information about any transfer that is displayed in the list of results. You can view the following information:

| Filename | File name under which the file was saved in the system. The system saves the files in a directory structure that can accept any number of files. Current operating systems can only accept a limited number of files per directory. Hence, the system automatically uses a nested file structure that enables efficient file access. |
