Switching from SWIFT to Banque de France repository

To use the Banque de France repository instead of the SWIFT repository, you need to change the CFONB to SEPA mappings manually.

Replacing Custom-Functions

Replace the original Custom-Functions with the Banque de France Custom-Functions:
