When trying to run reports, you get the error:

500 Servlet Exception java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not
initialize the graphical environment. Please read the FAQ
"Can't initialize the graphical environment."

Detailed Information:

The FAQ the error is referring to is the FAQ of Crystal-Clear, which is the EMF reporting engine (see below).

Resolution:

1) Crystal-Clear requires a graphical environment with more than 255 colors. Make sure your EMF webadmin IIS server is set to 256 or more system colors.

2) Make sure your video graphics driver is functioning properly.
