--Is Cluster Mode Supported?

RESOLUTION

*The following solutions are not supported by Axway Support

Method 1:

1. Install two OS (same version/sp etc)
2. Install InterPel on both in the exact same path
3. configure a physical/virtual production interface (at your please) which you will activate it only on active machine (!! don't forget to have only one interface up at any given time)
4. You can install and configure one OS as mentioned above and make a clone to the second one if your hardware allows it.
5. On Crash:
   1. Stop the production interface.
   2. Check of InterPel is stopped on both machines
   3. Copy the whole content of run_time folder from first machine to the second one
   4. Start the production interface on this machine
   5. Start the InterPel

Method 2:

1. Install two OS (same version/sp etc)
2. Install InterPel on both in the exact same path
3. configure a physical/virtual production interface (at your please) which you will activate it only on active machine (!! don't forget to have only one interface up at any given time)
4. run_time folder shared via NFS you share the run_time folder from one machine (or put the whole folder on an NFS server to be shared on both machines)
5. On Crash:
   1. Stop the production interface.
   2. Check of InterPel is stopped on both machines
   3. Copy the whole content of run_time folder from first machine to the second one
   4. Start the production interface on this machine
   5. Start the InterPel

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION

*Cluster Mode is Not Officially Supported
