Problem

Messaging product is not starting anymore:

[XmsGet] Error (rc=-1, code 0278, level 1) : No message available

[XmsLogout] Error (rc=-1, code 0021, level 3) : Messaging product has been stopped

[XmsConnect] Error (rc=-1, code 0020, level 3) : Messaging product is not started

Pop up with: Message base is 50% full. You should purge some queues

Resolution

Check the[supctx.dat]:

admin@44su1164:~> vi synch44/Messaging/runtimealpha_br/data/supctx.dat

startup_sequence = 4

synchro_set = 2

backup_set = 0

state = 0

position = 0

markup = 1347266345

Change [state] field to 1; Restart the Messaging:

tartup_sequence = 4

synchro_set = 2

backup_set = 0

state = 1

position = 0

markup = 1347266345
