Problem

-- While starting the messaging "ErrCod=-5" appreas and unable to start it

Resolution

1. Use the hostname and not the fully qualified domain name.

a. In Unix  change the /etc/sysconfig/network  to use only hostname rather than the fully qualified domain name

b. In windows update <WINDOWS>\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file to use the hostname
