Problem

--  The PIP instance ID is sometimes the one from the partner and other times is generated by GI
--  The PIP Instance ID of the signal/receipt has nothing to do with the PIP Instance ID of the original message. It is always generated by GI

-- Other systems might be using the PIP instance ID to match original message with receipt, this fails then.

• Install Interchange 5.10.1 SP6
