Change the community routing ID (PeSIT Identifier PI3) in a PeSIT Polling pickup/delivery exchange

Problem

In a PeSIT Polling pickup/delivery exchange (on the community side), it is not possible to modify the community routing ID (PeSIT Identifier PI3): in the "Synchrony Transfer settings" tab, the PeSIT Identifier (PI3) field is grayed out.

Resolution

The PeSIT Identifier PI3 can be changed by modifying the associated partner delivery exchange settings:


1) Go in the concerned PeSIT Polling pickup/delivery exchange settings page

2) In the "Synchrony Transfer settings" tab, click on the "Matching (used) Delivery exchange" link. You will be redirected to the associated delivery exchange on the partner side.

3) In the partner delivery exchange, in the "Synchrony Transfer settings" tab, check the "Override community settings (caller)" box. Additional "PeSIT Identifier" options now appear.

4) Select the "Restrict to specific community routing ID" option, and in the "PeSIT Identifier (PI3)" dropdown menu, select the desired community routing ID.

5) Save the changes.

6) If you go back to the initial pickup/delivery exchange on the community side, you will notice that the PeSIT Identifier will have been changed.

Prerequisite

The desired community routing ID must have been created in the community settings first.
Otherwise, it will not be available in the "PeSIT Identifier (PI3)" dropdown menu.
