Problem

-- routing file to XIB return error [empty file path]

-- q_router still try to route the same transfer in error

-- other transfers aren't routed

-- after a time, Navigator connection return "System busy, retry later"

Resolution

*Stop Gateway

*Remove $p_home_dir/run_time/data/router.pmq file (some routing information will be lost)

*Restart Gateway

Special Notice

To prevent the issue:

* Add parameter "file_component # NULL" in decision rule routing file to XIB
