Problem

- - When  is the "extended test" parameter of some send handlers used?

Resolution

- - The "extended test" parameter is activated when the send handler is a "smart one" (meaning one that does some account checking, originator permissions,...).
Disabling this parameter (by unchecking its box in the Handler properties) will disable these extended tests.
