CRL (Dynamic) filter causes hang during deploy when set to retrieve the CRL from its own gateway

Problem

-- A CRL (Dynamic) filter set to retrieve the CRL from its own gateway will hang during deploy.

Resolution


* The gateway attempts to retrieve CRLs during deploy.  If the gateway is attempting to retrieve the CRL from itself, it will have a problem as it is unable to serve any requests during deploy.  Because it is waiting for itself to respond and yet it cannot respond, this operation will not complete.  If this happens, reconfigure the CRL (Dynamic) filter to source the CRL from an external server, for example a separate gateway or an external web server.
