Problem

  • If you get this error on the interchange log(cn.log):

ERROR [B2BiControlNodeStatusReporter] (MessageExecutionWrapper.execute:33) - There was an error while executing message id 1344 from node axwaydemo_cn

  • And B2Bi GUI is not reachable.


Resolution


  • the IP address where B2bi is installed has probably changed
  • If so, edit the host file from
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and change the new ip address accordingly
  • no need to restart B2Bi
